ByAnyMeans RP is an independent fan community. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Cfx.re, Tebex Limited, Discord Inc., or any other rights holders, except where we rely on their platforms under their public terms. Grand Theft Auto and related marks are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
Nature of the Services
The Services are provided for entertainment and social roleplay. Gameplay, narratives, and characters are fictional. Nothing on the Services constitutes professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
User content and license
You retain rights in content you create, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content solely as needed to operate, promote, and secure the Services (for example in-game logs, screenshots for moderation, or clips submitted for review).
You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law and our rules.
Acceptable use
You will not use the Services to violate law, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt servers, cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or encourage others to do so. We may investigate and take action including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our staff, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for access to paid features in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where law does not allow such a cap.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ByAnyMeans RP and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of this notice, our rules, or third-party rights.
Third-party services
We link to or embed third-party sites and payment flows (for example Tebex, Discord, or platform login). Their terms and privacy policies govern your relationship with them. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
